Yes, participants must be at least 12 years old to enjoy our 737 simulator. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Remember, our simulator is a sophisticated experience, not a toy, so participants need to follow instructions carefully.
This simulator is a fixed base simulator, not full motion. But the scenery displayed on the 220˚ Wrap Around Screen adds the feeling of motion, therefore some observants may experience motion sickness. Please call in advance so we can best accommodate you.
Of course! We have real airliner passenger seats where they can sit. If you have a larger group, please call in advance so we can best accommodate your experience.

No, you cannot log flight hours in our simulator as we are not an accredited flight school and our simulator is not FAA certified for training. Our simulators are purely for entertainment and educational purposes.
Flight experiences are booked for one person only, unless you book a dual session for two individuals. Please contact us for more information about our different packages and options.
A minimum cancellation notice of 72 hours prior to your reserved date and time is required to receive a full refund. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used to make the purchase. Cancellations of a reservation with less than 72 hours advance notice are non-refundable.
